Arriva UK Regions Bus*,one of the top three providers of bus services in the UK, has commissioned Freestyle Interactive to undertake a series of digital communication studies as it looks to reposition the bus brand online.
Research into the user experience and audience profiling are key elements in this project and will feed into the brand recognition and awareness audits being undertaken. Freestyle's hands-on approach to this project includes face-to-face interviews with Arriva's customers and sending the creatives involved on a 'Day-on-the-Buses' experience.
This 'Scope and Define' exercise comprises the first two steps in the process that will lead to the redesign of the Arriva website.
*Arriva's UK bus division is divided in to a series of regions with two clear distinctions – 'Outside London' and 'London Transport'.
