We all fancy ourselves as interior designers these days and with all kinds of materials and products easily available it's not just for the professionals.

Amtico wanted to develop an online presence that took into consideration the needs of their commercial and residential customers and explained the relationship between their various brands.

Solution

Taking into account the most basic of requirements from 'I want to find out how much a product costs and where I can buy it' to more personal queries such as 'Show me examples of how would it look in my home', our concept focused on providing useful, relevant content via a simplified navigation with clear calls to action. Giving the customer fewer options enabled us to tailor the content, the requirements and the motivations of Amtico's B2B and B2C customer groups.

The technology underneath Amtico's old site was six years old. We gave them a simple, user-friendly version of Freestyle's own CMS, which, as well as saving them time and money, would work with their internal systems creating opportunities to capture useful information about their client base.

Results

Amtico now have a customer-focused web solution that drives footfall into showrooms. Their site gives them a scalable framework that allows them to present the four brands in their portfolio and target specific audience groups.

We have helped them to get to a position where they can begin to think about moving their web presence on to the next level as part of a broader marketing strategy.
