Objectives

Grown through acquisition, the Baxi Group suffered from a lack of consistency throughout the group's websites in terms of design, approach, brand and technology. From our original piece of consultancy we demonstrated how Baxi could address this and realise their digital ambitions.

Solution

Once a technical solution that met Baxi's requirements had been agreed upon we were able to develop and implement a core central technology (pioneered on the UK site) that takes the delivery logistics out of the equation for the other members of the group and leaves them able to focus on the content.

Having created a model that allows Baxi to achieve their objectives across the Group, we were keen to ensure that there was an understanding within the business of how to use and maintain their sites to best effect. Engaging with the people within the business who use the sites through content workshops, advisory panels and steering groups proved a good way to ensure that Baxi have the skills and understanding to be successful in the digital space.

Results

As a direct result of the success of the initial phases of the project Freestyle is working with Baxi to drive forward the design, development and deployment of the Baxi Group's entire online strategy for their European and Global business.
