The Jermyn Street shop encapsulates the heritage of the luxury brand and forms a big part of the customer experience. Floris were looking to rebuild their website in a way that would allow them to communicate their heritage and the Floris experience to their online customers.
The basis of this project was replacing Floris' HTML site and providing them with a well structured, well designed site built around a content management system that would allow them to manage the site on an ongoing basis.
Although we were briefed to replicate the existing site, we identified areas of the site that could be improved to create a better user experience and to maximise the impact of the Floris content. Some of these were worked into the new site for launch and the rest will form part of a digital development strategy.
We tied the whole thing together with a new look and feel that reflects the brand's heritage and their product packaging.
Within the narrow time and budget constraints of the project we have created Floris a site that meets their requirements and gives them a solid platform to build on.
As one of our most recent projects it's tricky to measure performance, but we expect Floris to quickly see significant improvements in conversion of online sales - success that can be measured against agreed KPIs.
